Beginners receive a solid foundation in the basics of a yoga practice and beyond. Intermediates have the opportunity to accelerate their practice and go more deeply into exploring all aspects of yoga.
I have well established experience in teaching private students. I have worked with people with back problems, depression, high blood pressure, stress-related conditions, people recovering from cancer and eating disorders as well as those who simply want to keep fit and healthy.
In my private work I integrate my knowledge of Ayurveda (Indian science of life) as well as the ancient art of breathing (pranayama) and profound relaxation (yoga nidra). The session is tailored to your individual needs.
